  PROGRAM INFORMATION: Fifteen young girls, aged 4-6 were recruited fifteen years ago. All orphans on the street, the girls were brought to a home in the Negev desert. They were raised together- Trained together, to be a part of an elite assassin team. They were to work as a special branch off of Mossad's Kidon unit. Since the programs creation, several of the operatives have died or gone missing.

  Operative History:
  014 was first recruited after the death of her parents. It was a household robbery gone wrong, the girl was attending daycare at the time, and the parents were preparing to pick her and her elder sister up. Sister too old for program, but 014 was promptly taken from the street without much hassle. She bonded with 012, 015, and 004 quickly. She learned even more quickly.
  
  Training was a simple process with 014. She rarely talked back and complete the tasks necessary, though would never go beyond and above instruction. She reacted well to negative reinforcement. Positive reinforcement was less successful. 014 completed her first outside of training task at the age of twelve. 014 especially excelled at long range weaponry, including sniper rifles. 014 outshined her peers in gun handling, but fell short in poison control and psychological warfare.
  
  At the age of fifteen 014 began to first question authority. By the time 004 failed her task, 014 was asking too many questions. Negative reinforcement was not working as well. At the age of eighteen, she disappeared. Our intelligence was able to gather that she removed her tracker from her right thigh. Her exact whereabouts are unknown, but it is believed she gained inside help to enter the United States. There is no record of a NITZA ABRAHAM fitting 014's description, so it may be extrapolated that she is using a false name.
  
  Operative Recovery: 012 and 015 are currently in the process of recovering 014. Assistance in the form of MOSSAD SPECIAL OPS- OPERATION ARUKAH: OPERATIVE NO. 027 may be prescribed.

  Photos have been comprised of 014 since her fleeing to the United States. Positive identification is not available at this moment in time, but these photos are believed to be 014. Some doubts still remain.
